| 1. I suppose a good father should have the following qualities. First, he should be a pillar of strength for the family. No matter what happens he is the one that the family can rely on. And he must be hard-working and optimistic about life. Second, he ought to have a strong sense of responsibility. Whatever he does, he should think about the family. He should also spend as much time as possible with his family no matter how busy he is.
2. In my opinion, a good father is one who cares about his children and knows how to communicate with his children. And he should know how to educate children, that is, to praise, not always scold and criticize them. What’s more, he should set a good example for his children to follow. He shouldn’t have any bad habits such as smoking, heavy drinking and gambling.
