  Everyone should be prepared for emergencies. If you aren't a doctor or a nurse, you can learn to help people with basic First Aid.
  First, remember to keep calm. Do not move the person unless he or she is in danger. If the person is not breathing, use artificial respiration immediately. If the person is bleeding seriously, control the bleeding by pressing on the wound.
  Do not leave the person alone. Call or send someone for help right away.
